Information for PhD students before defense

The procedure for accepting doctorates before defense in the CUT Library, valid from 10 Nov., 2020.

1. The doctoral student 2 weeks before the scheduled date of defense, submits documents addressed to the CUT Library with the note "DOKTORAT" (doctoral thesis) at the University Chancellery.
   The documents submitted to the CUT Library should include:
   • one copy of the doctoral thesis in printed form,
   • one copy of the description of the dissertation in printed form (DOC)
   • two copies of the signed license agreement in printed form (DOC)
     (please read § 3 point 1.e concerning online distribution of the work)
   • one copy of the CD/DVD with:
     • doctoral thesis (in a form for editing; in PDF or DOC format)
     • description of the thesis
2. The doctoral student sends an e-mail with information about the submission of documents to Agnieszka Górska, M.A. agnieszka.gorska@pk.edu.pl
3. A doctoral dissertation is submitted to the CUT Repository.
4. Collection of signed documents, as agreed with the CUT Library employee at 12 628 29 65 or by e-mail: agnieszka.gorska@pk.edu.pl.
5. Agnieszka Górska, M.A. (agnieszka.gorska@pk.edu.pl) answers any questions.
