Periodic evaluation of CUT academic teachers
The CUT Library, together with the supplier of the CRIS PK portal, is in the process of adjusting reports for academics evaluation. However, due to formal and legal reasons, not on the CUT Library's side, the work has been put on hold and there is no assurance that the reports will be prepared in time.
For this year's evaluation, we suggest using the “List” report from the “Publications” tab in the author's profile, downloading the list in table form from the system and adjusting it according to the university's evaluation guidelines.

The CUT Library reminds you that from 6 March, 2024 an integral part of the CRIS PK system is the "Research Outputs" module. It replaces the existing system for recording the bibliography of publications of employees and doctoral students - the CUT Academics Bibliography Database (BPP PK), which will no longer be updated (available only in read-only mode).
The rules for registration of publications and other achievements of employees and doctoral students of Tadeusz Kosciuszko Cracow University of Technology, in the "Research Outputs" module, are specified in Order No. 80 of the Rector of the CUT dated 5 August 2024. (new window)/in Polish/
According to it:
- the CRIS PK is the main source of information about publications, doctorates, research data, artistic works and other materials affiliated with CUT by academics and PhD students;
- the system are the basis for the evaluation of scientific achievements of CUT employees and doctoral students and the evaluation of the quality of scientific activity;
- authors independently record works/achievements and submit them for verification;
- the bibliographic description of the registered work/achievement is subject to verification and completion by the CUT Library staff;
- verification in the Library takes place on the basis of publications/documents provided by authors; immediately after verification and completion of descriptions, the Library makes them public in the system.
