The CUT Library services from 1 September, 2021
All Library units are open from Monday to Friday: 8:00 – 15:00.
Books should be ordered remotely, through the library system.
If possible, please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail or telephone.
Student's leaving form (leaver’s checklist)
Students or employees are obliged to settle their library account. Students' leaving forms are stamped at the Lending Rooms according to standard procedures or through the Dean's Offices.
In order to settle everything with the Library you must:
- return all borrowed items and pay any outstanding fees.
- applying for settlement with the Library:
- at the Lending Room, when returning books,
- by email (wypozyczalnia.bpk@pk.edu.pl, wypozyczalnia.bwm@pk.edu.pl),
- by phone (Lending Room 12 628 29 63, the CUT Branch Library Lending Room 12 628 36-51).
The Library staff block or remove the library account, stamp the leaving form or send an e-mail to the user, which must be presented at the Dean's Office. On this basis it is known that all liabilities to the CUT Library are settled.
The CUT Library employees' library accounts (without outstanding fees) were extended to 30 September, 2022.
