Announcements - Cracow University of Technology Library

Library of the Cracow University of Technology organizes a scientific conference European heritage in open digital collections (new window), which will take place on 26 March, 2019.

We invite you to the exhibition: European scientific and technical achievements from the 16th century to the first half of the 20th century preserved in the CUT Library collection and disseminated in the digital environment. In connection with the exhibition opening the Main Reading Room will be closed from 8.00-13.00 on 25 March, 2019.

Read an E-Book Week is in progress (3-9 March 2019). The campaign aims mainly to promote and popularize e-books and e-reading. It was initiated by Canadian writer Rita Y. Toews in 2004. The CUT Library invites you to use the electronic collections available in the online library catalogue (new window) and e-resources.

Please be aware that the Library Pavilion (Information Services Dept., Serials Reading Room, Science Reading Room) will be closed on Saturday, 2 March, 2019.

Public Domain Day - an unofficial holiday celebrated in January each year in the world. In Poland, it was organized for the first time by the Modern Poland Foundation (2007).
