W artykule opisano zakres robót termomodernizacyjnych budynków z wielkiej płyty i oszacowano wielkość potencjału remontowego [m²] na przykładzie zabudowy Zielonej Góry. Podnoszenie poziomu izolacyjności termicznej przegród zewnętrznych, sprawności urządzeń grzewczych, klimatyzacyjnych oraz stosowanie urządzeń odzyskujących ciepło z instalacji wentylacyjnych zapewnia ograniczenie strat energii.

The article describes the range of the thermomodernization of the panel prefabricated blocks of flats and gives the estimated size of renovation potential [m²] on the example buildings located in Zielona Gora. Raising the level of thermal insulation of building envelopes, efficiency of heating and air condition devices and the use of heat recovery equipment in ventilation system provides reducing energy losses.
