Bardzo często ocena ryzyka realizacji i eksploatacji obiektów budowlanych z powodów finansowych lub też braku odpowiednich narzędzi badawczych w praktyce jest realizowana tylko przez nieliczne grono inżynierów. Identyfikacja ryzyka eksploatacji obiektów mostowych polega przede wszystkim na specyfikacji i hierarchizacji potencjalnych zagrożeń, które mogą utrudnić lub nawet uniemożliwić przemieszczanie środków transportowych. Pozwala ona zatem na uniknięcie lub zmniejszenie liczby problemów w czasie realizacji przedsięwzięć budowlanych. W pracy przedstawiono jedną ze znanych metod analizy ryzyka eksploatacyjnego obiektów mostowych. W nawiązaniu do niej zaprezentowano prostą autorską metodę doboru wartości liczbowych współczynników ważności γi poszczególnych czynników ryzyka. Współczynniki te umożliwiają uwzględnienie indywidualnych preferencji decydenta. Zastosowanie przedstawionej w pracy metody powoduje ilościowe uwzględnienie rzeczywistych preferencji decydenta w oparciu o prostą metodę naukową, a nie tylko samą intuicję decydenta.

The risk assessment of implementation and exploitation of building structures, for financial reasons and lack of appropriate methods and tools, in practice is carried out only by very few engineers. The identification of the risk of bridges exploitation is based on specifying and hierarchizing potential risk factors that may impede or prevent the movement of means of transport. Therefore, it enables avoiding or reducing problems during the implementation of construction projects. The paper presents one of the methods of operational risk analysis of bridges. With reference to it, the author presents a simple method for selecting the values of significance coefficients of individual risk factors. These coefficients make it possible to take into account individual preferences of the decision maker. The application of the presented quantitative method results in taking into account the real preferences of the decision maker, basing on the scientific method, and not only the intuition of the decision maker.
