Artykuł dotyczy aspektu socjalnego budownictwa zrównoważonego. Autorzy przedstawiają model oceny jednej z głównych kategorii charakteryzującej aspekt socjalny – adaptacyjności. Zaproponowane tzw. drzewo ocen, polegające na uszczegółowieniu kategorii adaptacyjność przez wprowadzenie subkategorii i kryteriów je oceniających, umożliwia dokładną jej charakterystykę i ocenę. Efektem modelu jest porównanie cech rozwiązań badanego obiektu (w zakresie adaptacyjności) z cechami obiektu odniesienia, tzw. budynkiem referencyjnym. W artykule zawarto przykład liczbowy.

The article concerns the social aspect of sustainable construction. The authors present a model of evaluation of one of the main categories characterising the social aspect of Adaptability. The proposed so-called assessment tree, consisting in detailing the category Adaptability by entering subcategories and evaluation criteria, enables its accurate characterisation and assessment. The model compares the features of the tested object (in terms of adaptability) with the characteristics of the reference object. The article includes a numerical example.
