W artykule przedstawiono klasyfikację przeszkód wodnych pod kątem trudności ich pokonywania za pomocą wojskowego sprzętu przeprawowo- mostowego. Zaprezentowano 3 rodzaje tego sprzętu:
- zmechanizowane mosty towarzyszące ( ZMT );
- samobieżne i przewożone parki pontonowe (promy i mosty pływające);
- mosty składane (MS)
oraz możliwości ich zastosowania w zależności od potrzeb.

The article presents the classification of water obstacles in terms of the difficulty with which they are crossed with military crossing and bridging equipment. It discusses three types of equipment:
- support bridges,
- self-propelled and transported pontoon parks (ferries and amphibious rigs),
- foldable bridges, and their employment as needed.
