Przedstawiono ewolucję Systemów Zarządzania Budynkami (BMS) i zadania realizowane przez te systemy. Przybliżona została struktura inteligentnego urządzenia pomiarowego i nowe standardy niskoenergetycznej komunikacji bezprzewodowej wykorzystywane w inteligentnych budynkach. Omówiono ideę wykorzystania IoT i sposoby efektywnego gromadzenia danych procesowych napływających z systemu automatyki budynkowej, z wykorzystaniem chmur obliczeniowych. Przybliżona została synteza inteligentnych algorytmów sterowania instalacjami budynkowymi, wykorzystujących logikę rozmytą i metody predykcji. Scharakteryzowano zalety narzędzi do modelowania i symulacji opracowywanych algorytmów sterowania oraz zyski wynikające z wykorzystania IoT w inteligentnych budynkach. Wskazano na konieczność zintegrowanego podejścia do projektowania, gwarantującego realizację nowoczesnych konstrukcyjnie, komfortowych i energooszczędnych budynków.

The evolution of Building Management Systems (BMS) and tasks they perform are presented. The structure of an intelligent sensor and new standards of low power wireless technologies used in intelligent buildings are introduced. The idea of IoT and methods of efficient cloud-based collection of process data from the building automation system are considered. The synthesis of intelligent control algorithms for building systems using fuzzy logic and prediction are discussed. Advantages of using tools for modelling and simulating control algorithms developed by the authors and benefits of using IoT in intelligent buildings ale characterized. The necessity of the integrated approach to structural design that would guarantee the construction of modern, comfortable and energy efficient buildings is pointed out.
