W artykule przedstawiono analizę zastosowania podejścia wielokryterialnego w procesach decyzyjnych dotyczących wyboru funkcji użytkowej w adaptacji budynku zabytkowego. W praktyce analizę wielokryterialną stosuje się jako narzędzie wspomagające wstępną selekcję funkcji użytkowych w adaptacji budynku zabytkowego, jednak metody analizy wielokryterialnej są bardzo uproszczone i nie uwzględniają wielu ważnych czynników. Z przeprowadzonych badań sondażowych oraz studiów literaturowych wynika, że potrzebne jest opracowanie kompleksowego podejścia do analizy wielokryterialnej wyboru funkcji użytkowej w adaptacji budynku zabytkowego, które będzie mogło być stosowane już na etapie wstępnego studium wykonalności adaptacji budynku zabytkowego.

In this paper is establishing whether multi-criteria analysis is being used in practice in decision-making processes regarding the selection of a form of use in the adaptation of a historical building. In practice, multi-criteria analysis is being used as a tool that supports the initial selection of forms of use in the adaptation of a historical building, however, the methods of multi-criteria analysis that are being used are greatly simplified and do not take into account important criteria. The results of the surveys that were performed indicate that there is a need to develop a comprehensive approach to the multi-criteria analysis of forms of use in the adaptation of a historical building, which could be used already at the stage of the initial feasibility study of an adaptation of a historical building.
