Abstract
Praca porusza problematykę funkcjonalno-przestrzennego kształtowania obiektów architektonicznych o przeznaczeniu konferencyjno-kongresowym na tle procesów rozwojowych zachodzących w Europie XXI wieku w ponadnarodowej praktyce inwestycji komercyjnych dotyczących się m. in. programowania, projektowania, realizacji i użytkowania miejskich obiektów użyteczności publicznej o wielofunkcyjnym charakterze w Polsce.
To connect finally to the subject of the development trends of the XXI century Europe architecture and the way of thinking about forming structures designed for great public asamblies the first thing that comes to mind are. That originated more than half a century ago. Hence here in macro scale we have two dominating aspects: the functional and masses of visitors and the intellectual struggles with inanimated matter, which is however submissive to the designer in its final beautiful from.
