Mathematics Source - centre of mathematical knowledge
updating
In connection with the ongoing trial access to the Mathematics Source (new window) database, students and academics are invited to a demonstration of the database's capabilities.
Mathematics Source (new window) is the largest collection of journals in the mathematical sciences. It indexes:
- More than 800 active full-text journals and magazines,
- More than 500 active full-text, peer-reviewed journals without embargoes,
- Specialist thesaurus containing 4,000 words,
- Hundreds of international journals providing a global perspective.
Trial access period: 24 Apr. - 30 Jun., 2025
During the training:
- a resource that covers all aspects of mathematical research will be discussed in detail,
- examples of journals and magazines will be shown,
- searches covering topics related to algebra, combinatorics, differential equations, dynamical systems, geometry, number theory, probability, signal processing, statistics and much more will be presented.
Participation in the training will allow you to test the database in a more efficient way.
Online training date: 7 May | 11:30am-12:15pm
