The CUT Library is closed until 29 Nov., 2020

In connection with the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 6 Nov., 2020 (...) on the establishment of certain restrictions, orders and prohibitions in connection with the epidemic (PDF) all the CUT Library units are closed to readers from 10 to 29 Nov., 2020.

Both reading rooms and lending rooms will be closed.

Delivery and receipt of publications for verification in connection with registration in the CUT Academics Bibliography database is suspended. In matters regarding the CUT Academics Bibliography database (BPP) please contact us by email: bibliografia@biblos.pk.edu.pl.

- remotely: see the course "How to use the CUT Library (new window)", solve the course summary test with a result of min. 10 points, confirm knowledge of the CUT Library Regulations. The library account will be created on the next business day at the latest.

Registration to the library (PhD students and PK employees):

How to pick up ordered books?
After placing the order, please contact the appropriate Library Loan Desk by phone or e-mail to arrange the method on how and when to collect the books.

Applications to extend the validity of accounts, all questions related to renewals, the book returns and the student leaving form (leaver’s checklist) should be directed to:

All interlibrary loans, both domestic and foreign, are suspended.

Readers interested in standards are asked to contact the Library Lending Rooms by e-mail; a special procedure has been prepared for those interested in standards.

Access to journals - CUT employees and students are asked to contact the Serials and E-Resources Department (czasopisma-bpk@pk.edu.pl) in order to obtain scans of selected articles from journals available on the Campus at Warszawska Street. Access to electronic resources and services remains unchanged. Information for doctoral students before defending their doctoral dissertation – the procedure for accepting documents and works remains unchanged, except that documents addressed to the CUT Library should be submitted to the University Chancellery. Collection of signed documents, as agreed with the CUT Library employee, by calling 12 628 29 65 or by e-mail: agnieszka.gorska@pk.edu.pl.

In general matters, please contact the Library Administration Office: bpk@pk.edu.pl, phone 12 628 20 14 from Monday to Friday: 8.30 -14.00. The employees of the Library can be contacted by e-mail. E-mail addresses are included in the list of employees (new window)of the CUT.
