Required documents before the dissertation defense
According to Resolution of the Senate of the Cracow University of Technology No. 66/n/09/2023, 27 Sept., 2023, PhD student must provide the following documents to the CUT Library 7 days before the scheduled defense of dissertation:
- 1 printed copy of the dissertation,
- 2 copies of the author's dissertation statement on granting a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to Cracow University of Technology (for placing the dissertation in an electronic version in the CUT Repository and for reproducing it and making it available in electronic form to the extent necessary to ensure protection of authors' rights),
- 1 printed copy of the dissertation description,
- an electronic version of the dissertation in PDF format with a description of the dissertation, saved on a computer storage medium.
Required documents:
- description of the dissertation, (in Polish)
- non-exclusive license agreement for the use of copyright, (in Polish)
After the defense of the dissertation
In order to complete the PhD degree, you need to select the "Update Profile" tab in the Polish Science database (new window), complete the registration form and fill in the relevant fields for the scientific degree.
