Development of Library Management as a Part of the University Total Quality Management

Project tasks:
The main task was the preparation of Polish libraries participating in the project to implement the TQM techniques (Total Quality Management) with the collaboration with the EU libraries. As a result of the project there were established the analyses of current state of the library with selected performance indicators and also systems of their preparation, processing and presentation of the results. There were also prepared the efficiency indicators for the libraries, to form the basis for qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Improvement of Library Management by Establishment of Union Library Catalogue

Project tasks:
The project included conceptual activities for the data unification and creating opportunities in establishing the shared cataloging system. As a result of the project there was built the shared cataloging system for Polish participants.
