CUT Library users satisfaction survey

The CUT Library took part in the research Analysis of the functioning of libraries within the framework of the project of the Polish Librarians Association.
The goal was to develop and implement functional indicators measuring the performance of public, pedagogical and university libraries. With the help of surveys of users, the indicator of users satisfaction was given. The surveys conducted from February to May, 2017.
The following groups of respondents were tested: CUT students, PhD students, employees (including library employees) and other users (students, PhD students and employees of other Cracow's universities).
