Lists of textbooks
The CUT Library, in consultation with the CUT faculties, has prepared lists of textbooks that are recommended for use by students.
Printed copies are available in the collection of the CUT Library and can be ordered for loan using the library catalogue ("order" (zamów) link in the tables).
Some of the textbooks on the lists are available in a digital version ("go" (przejdź) link in the tables).
The way of accessing the digital version depends on the type of license granted by the author or publisher:
- unlimited - no login, from any place,
- with restrictions - after logging in as a CUT user, from any place,
- from computers located in the BPK area - publications available in the PK Repository as part of permitted use and publications from the Academica website.
Academica – is a digital interlibrary loan for books and scientific journals. The rules of using the resources are presented on the website (new window). The Academica textbook database can be used via computers located in the Main Reading Room, Science Reading Room and Reading Room at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.
A prior registration is required, which is one-off and allows the use of terminals in all locations of the Library.
