  • BibExcel (nowe okno) – a programme created by Swedish scientist Olle Persson, designed to conduct bibliometric analysis. It allows import of data in the form of text files downloaded from Scopus, Web of Science (WoS) databases or other sources. It is possible to perform transformations and create various types of summaries on such files, and then visualise them in social network analysis programmes such as Pajek, UCINET, NetDraw. BibExcel allows exporting data to Excel, and is compatible with Windows and Linux systems.

You can find many free network analysis tools. It is worth using rankings, such as 23 Free social network analysis tools on RankRed (new window).
