REGISTRATION
CUT Students:
You can register to the CUT Library in person or remotely.
- in person: at the CUT Library Lending Room. Required documents: Electronic Student ID Card (ELS).

- remotely: you need to read the course "Register to the CUT Library (new window)", confirm knowledge of the CUT Circulation Rules. Access key: bpk.
The Library account will be created no later than the next business day.

LIBRARY ACCOUNT
The login to the library account is the library card number. It is located under or above the barcode: Electronic Student ID Card – ELS (2000000000); a Library card (B/000000); CUT identification card.
The first password to your Library account is your PESEL number. Be sure to change the password to your own (a phrase of at least 3 alphanumeric characters). Capital letters and Polish characters are distinguished.
The validity period of the Library account depending on the category of the user:

You can extend the validity of your Library account at the Library's Lending Rooms. In order to do so, you need to present:
- CUT students: valid Electronic Student Identity Card (ELS) or Library card;
- CUT students - the exchange: Electronic Student Card (ELS) valid for a given academic term;
- CUT doctoral students: valid doctoral student's book, university identification card/Library card;
- CUT employees: CUT identification card or Library card and ID card;
- CUT alumni: current legitimacy of the CUT Alumni Association, Library card;
- CUT pensioners: ID card;
- Students from other Cracow's state/non-state universities: valid student's book or valid Electronic Student Identity Card (ELS), Library card;
- Doctoral students of other Cracow's state/non-state universities: valid doctoral student's book;
- Employees of other Cracow's state/non-state universities: employment certificate, ID card, Library card;
- Employees of other Cracow's scientific institutions: employment certificate, ID card, Library card;
- Other adults: ID card.
