How do I order a book?
Books can be ordered electronically through the computer catalogue (new window).
How long do I have to wait before the book is received?
Most orders are submitted within 1 hour or on the next day (in case there are a lot of orders, e.g. at the beginning of the academic year).
How many reservations can I make?
There is no limit of items you can reserve.
Is there an expiry date on the reservation?
There is no an expiry date on the reservation.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can resign from a reservation at any time. To do this, login to your library account and in the checked out tab, select holds and click cancel in the modify window.
Can I order a book / journal from other libraries?
Yes. To do this, use the Interlibrary Loan service.
