Yes, books can be returned without a library card / electronic student ID (ELS).
Can someone else return a book for me?
Yes.
Can I return items to any branch?
No, you can select the pick-up location when you place an order and then you have to return a book to the same Lending Room.
Can I return books from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering Library (BWM) at the Library self-service outdoor kiosk located there?
Yes.
What do I do if I forget the dates of the return of books?
You can create an e-mail notification of the impending date of return of books on your library account.
What happens if I don't return books by the due date?
You will be billed for items. The fee is 0,20 PLN for each item for each day overdue.
How do I report the loss or theft of my library book?
If a library book has been lost or stolen you should report it immediately at any Loans Desk. You should buy the same title which is lost (the same publishing year or newer). If there is not such possibility you need to buy another book, indicated by the librarian or pay for the lost item.
